Agile Activity

The concept of agile activity is to boost the student's confidence, do project work, get a real-time working environment, foster team interaction, and work on real-time scenarios.

Once a week, agile activity is conducted with proper planning for the project on which the student will work; teams are formed, tasks are assigned, and in groups, each group member completes the task and explains everything, so everything happens in agile activity with proper methodology.

Agile activities happen through teamwork, and the motive behind this teamwork is that when students work in an industry, they have to work on a team, so agile activities train them how to work as a team and how to develop the understanding between each other and work as a powerful team.

By participating in agile activities, students work on different tasks assigned to them; this practice allows them to brainstorm and prepare for the corporate and industries.

Roles describe a person's place on a team. The activities and duties of a person's specific function or job description are referred to as their responsibilities. Students are given roles and responsibilities to execute the task in an agile activity.
